Karen Mullins

Karen Mullins is the founder and director of instrumental ensembles at Genesis Tree Homeschool Cooperative located in Watkinsville, Georgia. She has a Bachelors in Music from the University of Georgia and a Masters in Music Education from Bowling Green State University (Ohio). Karen has taught public middle school band and instructs at numerous summer camps. Currently, she is the Centennial Baptist Church orchestra director and gives private lessons in her home. Karen remains active on her major instrument (the euphonium) by playing the Athens Brass Choir and in Swing Low, a local euphonium-tuba quartet. Karen and Leslie, her husband, live in Madison, Georgia, with their sons, Nathan and Aaron.
