- Standard shipping option DOES NOT include Tracking!
- USPS First Class or Priority Service for orders in the US and via Air Mail or Global Priority Mail for International Orders will have tracking. Most orders ship within 1-3 days.
- Music can not be returned unless it is received damaged or defective.
- Mouthpieces can not be returned unless they are received damaged or defective.
- Digital Downloads are non-refundable.
- Euphonium.com is not responsible for any import, delay or customs duties on international orders. Some may take 2-4 weeks once they arrive in your country.
