2023 Euphonium Foundation Consortium Membership

Sponsored by the Euphonium Foundation (a registered 501c3) and the Emory Chamber Music Society of Atlanta, this project includes an amazing project to create 4 new works for euphonium and string quartet!!  

New original compositions of 5-7 minutes for euphonium and string quartet by:

1) Kevin Day - Fantasia VI

2) Frank Gulino - Fragments and Figments

New arrangements of works specifically for euphonium and string quartet:

3) Vise by Skomsvoll arr. Baadsvik (for euphonium, string quartet, and piano)

4) Gypsy Rondo by Haydn arr. PatrickHoffman 

your name will appear as a commissioning member as well as copies (either phyical or digital) of the 4 works.  Exclusive performance rights will be granted to members until December 2024  

Please note:  We already have plans for a follow-up project in late 2024 for more pieces by an additional set of diverse composers that will further enhance the repertoire that were unavailable for the timeline of this project.

We anticiapte delivering the music in middle to late December.  Consortium members will have the option to receive digital (preffered) or physical copies of the music.  Information will be sent in early December about delivery.  The EXCLUSIVE premiere period for consortium members will run until December 2024.
